After having gone to the same place for years but continued bad experiences and many second chances, I researched and read lots of reviews to find a new place for a mani/pedi. I came across Cosmopolitan Nails due to the fact that I wanted an overall better experience, but organic gel if possible! As well as, quality ingredients in all their other products. They offered an organic gel mani so we drove by to talk with them! They were so kind and attentive the minute we walked in! I asked lots of questions and they were so helpful to make sure I knew all about their services.

When I tell you that in 25 plus years of mani and pedis, I have never had anything like this, I’m not exaggerating! It was phenomenal. The communication was amazing, my pedi was fantastic. My organic gel mani (my first gel ever!) was incredibly done. I can’t say enough about Lauren, Linda, Sheyla! They were all so lovely and meticulous. They took their time! You are not just another appointment in this place! You are a person that they want to make sure has the best service and experience from start to finish, whichever service you choose. My junior high daughter also got a Pedi and they were so good to her, too. We left saying this nail salon is hands down the sweetest and best place we’ve ever been! As well, the owner was so nice and kind as we were leaving. Just the best! There was another lady in the shop while we were there and I asked if this was her first time or if she was a regular. She’s been coming to this owner’s salon for 10 years! I absolutely love that. It truly says so much!
